Superbly located a 10 minute walk from the pristine sands of Cable Beach and just 5 minutes drive from Chinatown and the heart of Broome. To make your stay at the Broome Sanctuary Resort, Cable Beach even more enjoyable, we also provide all guests with free transfers to and from the airport, and a free shuttle service to gorgeous Cable Beach.
Things To Do
Broome is the gateway to the Kimberleys and Pilbara regions. At our back door there is 22 kilometres of pristine white sand and swim in the clear tropical water that is Cable Beach. Marvel at Broome's large tidal movement. Visit Gantheaume Point - home of the 130 million year old Dinosaur footprints, which can be viewed at low tide. Take a wander through Chinatown, the pearl retail showrooms and the many fine eateries. Check out the history of a pearl luggers tour and visit the working pearl farm experience first hand. Visit the Aboriginal owned Aquaculture discovery centre and learn about the river system and the life of the Aboriginal people. Take a camel ride either early in the morning and or at sunset. The extended cruise along the Kimberley coast line or a 4WD safari adventure into the rugged and majestic beauty of the Kimberley Gorges. Sit back in a deck chair and enjoy the latest release at the oldest operating picture theatre. Relax on town beach and witness the spectacular staircase to the moon a natural phenomena. Also there is the markets, bird observatory, all the various types of fishing charters, golf course, art galleries, crocodile farm, harley tours and much more all from our Resort.
