Children and Extra Guests Details
Tariff rates are based on villa configuration required and vary according to season. For example a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom fully self contained villa varies between $150 - $230 per night. A 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom fully self contained villa varies between $230 - $350 per night. Infants under 12mths are free of charge. Please advise if cot & highchair are required. Folder beds are available on request for extra guests at a cost of between $20-$30 per night depending on the season.
Car Parking Details
There is an undercover carport for one car and and additional car bay at the front of the villa. There is also extra parking available for extra cars, boats & trailers.
Travel Directions
If you commence your journey from the top of York Street roundabout, turn right into St Emilie Way and then left into Middleton Road. Travel East along Middleton Road and turn left into Golf Links Road, then right into Barry Court and right into Dillon Close. There are signs on the Villas and Villa numbers to identify which one you have booked.
