From F3 Freeway From Sydney - Take the Cessnock/Kurri Kurri (Freemans Waterhole Interchange) exit and follow signs to Cessnock travelling about 8 klms. Gills Lane is on the left. (Known as Gills Road on the RTA sign). Sunrise B & B gate is about 600 metres on the left. From Newcastle - Take the Toronto exit (Awaba Interchange) and turn right into Palmers Road. Travel along for 3.5 klms and turn right at Freemans Waterhole (roundabout). Travel 4 klms to Gills Lane (known as Gills Road on the RTA sign) on the left - Sunrise B & B gate is 600 metres on the left.

World famous Hunter Valley vineyards, restaurants, galleries, Hunter Valley Gardens are a must. World class concert events in Hunter Valley at Pokolbin. Only 30 minute drive to Newcastle and its working harbour, Queens Wharf award winning restaurants, cafes and walk now up to Nobby's Lighthouse. Take the ferry to stockton to great walks along the water and good pub food. Relaxation in the peace and quiet of a rural environment.
