The Beach Retreat Eden

Fully self contained 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments. Each apartment is on the top floor and has lake and ocean views from the Balcony. The apartments are nestled 300 meters from the beach and town.



Each Balcony is covered and has its own dining setting and BBQ.



Although this is pet friendly accommodation restrictions do apply and a $200 bond will be required.





Please note that there are no additional booking fees and linen is included in the price. Please also note that these units are available for overnight as well as longer stays



Each bedroom can be made up according to your needs when you book a minimum of 3 nights. You could have a king bed in each bedroom or 2 long singles. Please specify your required bedding configuration when booking.

These units are a flat 200 meter walk to the beach in one direction and town in the other. As long as we know your bedding requirements in advance we can accommodate most requests. Each unit has 1 x king bed (that can be split when required -For stays 3+ nights), 1 x Queen bed and 2 x singles beds. Each unit is fully self contained and includes a washing machine, dryer and second toilet in the laundry.

Book 2. 3+ Night Special

Please note that the maximum age for an infant is less than 2 years. Children are classified as being between 2 and 16 years inclusive.

Check-in is available anytime after 2pm. Please note that you may be able to check-in earlier if the unit is available (Fees apply).
20. Keys may be collected from `Eagle Heights Holiday Units' at 12 Yule St Eden, 2551. If you are arriving outside of regular business hours please call (0421 027 867) or email us in advance and we shall make other key collection arrangements. Please note that access to each property will only be granted on receipt of final payment. There will be instructions in the welcome booklet inside the unit on what you should do with the keys when vacating the premises.
