All guests are required to produce a passport or photo identification upon check in. If paying by credit card, The York by Swiss-Belhotel will obtain pre-authorisation for the amount of the accommodation balance plus an additional one nights' accommodation to cover incidental charges. If paying by cash or debit card, The York by Swiss-Belhotel will request full prepayment for the accommodation total plus $500.00 - $1000.00 security bond (to cover incidental charges). The bond is fully refundable on check out if not utilised.

Rates are based on 1-2 Guests (Studio Apartments), 1-2 Guests (One Bedroom Apartment), 1-4 Guests (Two Bedroom Apartment) and 1-5 Guests (Two Bedroom Executive Apartment). For an additional Guest (unavailable in studio apartments), a further surcharge of AUD $60.00 per night will apply.
