Check in from 2pm. Check out 10am. Reception is open from 6am 10pm 7 days.Please advise hotel prior to arrival if you require check-in outside these hours. Photo ID and a $150 Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required upon check in. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond payment when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts. All credit/debit card payments made will incur a 1.5% card transaction fee.
Car Parking Details
Please note that secure car parking is available for an additional cost of $25 per night for cars under 2.1 meters in height. We are unable to accommodate any vehicles over 2.1 meters due to height restrictions of the car park. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance direct with the hotel.
Travel Directions
From the Airport - catch the Airtrain to Central Train Station. Coach transport to the front door. Taxis from any location. Driving and coming from the South - take the Margaret Street exit from the M1 expressway. Follow this along then turn onto Albert Street - the property is situated at 79 Albert Street. Driving and coming from the North - follow sings/directions to Gold Coast and take Margaret Street exit from M1 expressway at the city. Follow this along, turn onto Albert Street and the property is situated at 79 Albert Street. The car park entrance is on Mary Street. Please contact reception on the intercom by the car park entrance to gain access to the visitor car park.
