PLEASE NOTE: By making a booking and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to abide by and comply our Terms and Conditions as listed on Coastal Holiday Rentals website as they stand now and at any stage during or after your stay. All holiday houses & villas have a strict NO party, NO functions and NO schoolies policy. Holiday Homes require a $1,000 bond. Holiday Houses and Villas attract a separate linen hire and cleaning fee, please check this in the description prior to booking.



DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS:



- 25% deposit of the total rental amount is required to secure your booking

- Balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival date

- Bookings made within 30 days prior to your arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking



CANCELLATION POLICY:



- If cancelled within 30 days before arrival date, 100% of the deposit and any rental monies paid will be forfeited

- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival date, 75% of the deposit will be forfeited

- If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival date, $200 will be forfeited

- If the total booking fee has not been paid 30 days before your arrival we may terminate the booking without notice to you and seek to re-let the premises. If your booking is terminated under this clause, you will be automatically forfeit all monies paid by you

- Any cancellation will also incur a cancellation fee of $75

- Refunds cannot be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness. We recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance



6.7 All cancellations must be in writing and sent to info@coastalholidayrentals.com.au



BOND:



- For houses and villas a $1,000 bond is required payable 30 days prior to your arrival date via EFT transfer into our Trust Account

- Apartments and units require a $300 credit card pre-authorisation

- This hold will be released from your credit card within 3 days of your departure date as long as you have not breached any of our terms and conditions

CHECK IN PROCEDURE:



- Upon receipt of your booking we will make contact with you via email to confirm your reservation details

- We will personally meet you onsite at the property for your check in, you will be required to provide ID and we will need to sight the credit card use to make the booking
