Check In Instructions
If you arrive outside of business hours The office will be closed, your keys will be in the safe located at the North Tower entrance. Pull into the first driveway / visitor's carpark and enter the building. You will see a small safe on the right hand side of the entrance foyer. The code to the safe is changed daily so please contact reception at least 24 hrs prior to your arrival in business hours to get the code Inside the safe, you will find an envelope with your name on it. Inside will be a set of keys and a welcome letter. On the reverse is a map to show you where to park your car. If you have any problems, you can dial '9#' on the call panel beside the safe and reach the night manager. Please come down the following day to officially sign the guest register.
