Features bathtub, Cable TV, lounge and dining, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, private balcony and in house movies [fees apply].rate based on 4 people (max 5 adults - extra $30pn). Specific floors or levels cannot be guaranteed. Check in between 2pm - 8pm.
3 Bedroom Ocean
WILL ESCAPE TO THE SEASIDE. Everybody needs a change of scenery sometimes. With a balcony over looking pine-fringed Greenmount point. Our 3 bedroom apartments are a haven where you WILL forget the rat race exists! Rates are for 6 people. Extra adults $40.00. Extra children $40.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total.
Special Booking Conditions
Please note that the maximum age for an infant is less than 2 years. Children are classified as being between 2 and 12 years inclusive.
Check In Instructions
Check -in time is between 2pm-8pm. If you arrive outside these hours we kindly appreciate for you to contact our reception and notify us of your estimated time of arrival.

-2 Bedroom Apartment: Rate is for 4 guests, maximum of 5 guests can be accommodated in the apartment at a rate of $40 per night. -1 Bedroom Apartment: Rate is for 2 guests, maximum of 3 guests can be accommodated in the apartment at a rate of $40 per night.
Car Parking Details
Free underground carparking facilities available. One car space per apartment. No caravans,trailers,boats etc are permitted under body corporate by laws.
Travel Directions
On Marine Parade fronting Coolangatta Beach. Mantra Coolangatta Beach is loacted 5 km to Gold Coast International Airport in Coolangatta, 15 km to train station, 50 m to bus terminal, and 50 m to town centre.

-Swim: Relax in the outdoor swimming pool [heated during winter], whirlpool spa and sauna. -Work out: Have a work out in the exercise room or hit it out on the tennis court [fees apply]. -Other activities: Numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping are all within walking distance, or take in a tour which can be arranged at our tour desk. -The area boasts boutiques, rejuvenated shopping centres, and fine restaurants. -Visit one or al of the Theme Parks the Gold Coast has to offer: Wet 'n' Wild, Waterworld, MovieWorld, Dreamworld, SeaWorld and Outback Spectacular.
