Our two bed apartments are on the front next door to these is a privately owned house behind the house are our 3 bed units. Unit 13 has a queen double and 2 single beds 13 steps to walk up it still overlooks the roof line of the house to give you water views. One car lock up. Unit 15 right up the very top has 42 steps outstanding views it has a queen, and four single beds or you can ask for a queen, king and 2 single beds this has a two car accommodation lock up with a carport attached.

Secured parking with lift access to all our two bedroom apartments please note 3 bedroom apartments are a separate building on the complex with individual garaging.
Travel Directions
Follow directions into the town centre of Caloundra turn right into Otranto Avenue right down to the Esplande turn left we are the third block on the left hand side off street parking available to check in.
