Business Facilities
Our office can send and receive emails and faxes for you (charges apply). Dial-up access is available for travellers with a laptop computer & WiFi is also available. Mail can be received by reception prior to and during your arrival.
Check In Instructions
Check in time is 2pm. If we have your eta we can sometimes arrange this ealier. If you arrive before your apartments is ready, we can look after your luggage at reception (during reception hours). Late arrivals ie after noon on a weekend and after 6pm weekdays, will need to collect the reception safe code prior to arrival to access their aparment key and instructions.
Children and Extra Guests Details
A children's playground opposite. Extra person on a rollaway bed is $25 per night.
Car Parking Details
Secure undercover parking with own car park. Lift from car park to all levels.
Travel Directions
Leaving the Cairns Airport (Airport Avenue) by car, turn left onto Sheridan Street, then quick left again into Moffat Street. This short street turns south into Lake Street. Continue to Smith Street and go through the roundabout. You will find reception at the rear of the building mid-way between Smith and the next street, which is McKenzie Street, on your left.

Cairns Australia is the "gateway" to the Great Barrier Reef. There are tours to the reef, Green Island, snorkelling, scuba diving, Kuranda Skyrail, Kuranda Train, Daintree River, Cairns Highlands, skydiving, white water rafting, horse riding, bungee jumping, fishing, hot air ballooning, wildlife parks, the list goes on.
