To get to Turtle Cove you don\'t need a map and compass. You can drive yourself, or we can arrange for your transfers by coach, limousine, or even helicopter. We can have you collected from Cairns Domestic or International Airports, Cairns City, Northern Beaches or Port Douglas. We are located 45 minutes north of Cairns and 15 minutes south of Port Douglas. The scenic, coastal drive takes you along a beautiful costal road with stunning views of beaches, the Coral Sea and Cape Tribulation to the north. Cairns International Airport has links to all major Australian cities, North America, Asia, New Zealand and Europe. Cairns is also a part of the national railway network and has a major coach terminal. DRIVING YOURSELF? Here are some directions. From Cairns and Cairns Airport follow the signs north along Captain Cook Highway towards Port Douglas. After 30-40 minutes you will pass through Wangetti and reach Rex Lookout, with beautiful daytime views. From there, take note of the numbered white posts by the side of the road. Turtle Cove is a further three kilometers (3km) past Rex Lookout, on beach side of the road. our turnoff is at road marker 323 with a turning lane marked on the roadway. Because of our location in a National Park, our signage is located just off the road - so you can miss us the first time around! If you get to Oak Beach, Thala Beach or Port Douglas, you have gone too far - so turn around and come back!

Choose from a range of safaris, sit back and enjoy your air-conditioned luxury 4WD to some of the most spectacular sites. Photo opportunities abound on these friendly fully guided tours with a strictly limited number of guests, allowing for a more personalised view of the spectacular sights. There are a variety of tours to suit your level of adventure, and prices start from $175 AUD for a full day including lunch. Book at Reception or prior to arrival to ensure your seat.
