Check In Instructions
Our office hours are: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm. Sunday 9:00am to 2:00pm. Guests are asked to check in with reception. If arriving outside of these hours, please call the hotel to arrange late arrival check-in.

Travel Directions
From Cairns airport simply take the Captain Cook Highway north following the signs for Port Douglas. Turn into Port Douglas and follow Port Douglas Road for 1.5 KM then turn left into St Crispins Avenue. There is a light sign 100m before the turn. The drive takes around an hour from the Airport to Pool.
