Check In Instructions
Reception open hours are between 7:30AM and 6:30PM. If you arrive before or after please tell us in advance. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: On arrival your credit card imprint must be provided as well as a copy of your Drivers License (Australian Residents) or Passport (International Travelers). Check-out time is 10am.
Car Parking Details
For the length of your stay we provide free undercover or on street car parking. Undercover car parking at any other time costs $6 per day, depending availability.
Travel Directions
Flying: If you fly into Hamilton Island Airport or Whitsunday Coast Airport, please ask for the regular ferry service or watertaxi, or the special airport bus service that meets all planes at Whitsunday Coast Airport and drops off at our doorstep. Driving: Arriving by car you will see one of the most scenic and beautiful drives. It takes you through sugar cane farming country, the Conway National Park forest and follows the scenic coastal road to Shute Harbour displaying breathtaking sea views. Shute Harbour is 10 minutes away from Airlie Beach. Taxi: A taxi from Airlie Beach costs approximately $30.00.

Our tour desk is available for your information at all times. We can help you to choose from a large number of daytours covering all types of day activities. We have a comprehensive display of tour brochures at our reception area. You are most welcome to browse through them at your leasure. Please ask us for help and we will be happy to assist you with booking your tours. You can also choose from one of the many bushwalks located nearby, you can birdwatch, wander down a forest path to secluded beaches and explore, snorkel, fish or feast on oysters.
