Glenelg Beach Hostel exudes a friendly welcoming vibe. Relax in our 24 hr Plasma/DVD room, or huge chillout beergarden. We offer communial kitchen & laundry facilities. Our rooms are cleaned daily with dorm rooms of 4-7 share or opt for a private single or queen room.
Check In Instructions
Check in time from 1.00pm. We open at 7.00am if early arrivals wish to store their luggage until check in time. You must present international or interstate photo ID upon arrival (we do not take SA residents).

Travel Directions
From the Adelaide CBD catch the tram to Glenelg (any tram - all go to Glenelg) and get off at the last stop in Glenelg (Moseley Square). Walk 1 min around the corner to Moseley Street and you will see us right away on the right hand side. Approx 30min tram journey from CBD to Glenelg. From the Adelaide Airport catch the J1 bus from stop 10 outside airport arrivals (heading for Glenelg) and get off at stop C on Moseley Street. This will cost approx $4.50 one way and will take 20mins. This bus cannot be pre-booked - just head to the stop once you have collected your luggage and wait for the next one. From Keswick train station catch the 167/168 bus from stop 1A on Richmond Rd - get off at stop C on Moseley Street which is about a 25min journey.
Things To Do
Explore the Barossa Valley Wineries in the Adelaide Hills, head down south to Hahndorf or Victor Harbour for some beautiful beaches and more wineries, treck over to Kangaroo Island, venture to the beautiful Flinders Ranges for wildlife & outback adventure or unwind locally with some great museums, cultural history, art galleries, Adelaide central markets, swim with the dolphins tour, shopping and Glenelg Beach.
