Two large bedrooms, with luxury bed linen one with a huge window looking out on the Derwent hear the water lapping on the sand while you doze off, at night. We have cot available, plus extra beds for children, if needed. The bedrooms are for the exhausted traveller, or if you need a siesta in the afternoon. The kitchen is very modern with a fabulous view, with all modern convinces ¿ dishwasher, wall oven, gas cook top and while preparing a meal, your eyes will wander to the yachts and boats on the water.
