A 15 minute drive from Launceston, 25 minute drive from Launceston airport. Leaving Launceston travel south on Wellington st, turn onto the Midlands highway towards Hobart and Devonport. Turn left onto Bass Highway towards Devonport, turn left at the turn off to Prospect and follow the rd to the round about and sign to Country Club Casino - Country Club Ave. Travel a few kilometers and turn right onto Casino drv which leads into Pitcher Pde and sign to Blackstone Rd. Travel along Pitcher Pde past Pitcher Parade reserve then turn right into Panorama rd travel to the end of the road and turn right onto Bayview Drv. Approx 15 minutes from Launceston.

Bird watching The property is on the South Esk River which is a haven for birds and native animals. Bushwalking & wilderness There is a short bush walk in front of the property that goes along the South Esk river. Canoeing & Kayaking Guests welcome to bring their own canoe/kayak, secure storage facilities available, Located on waterfront, Less than 1 minutes walk to water. The property is on the water front and access to the river for canoe/kayaking is walking distance. Close to Public Transport A bus service is a 5 min walk which takes you to the town of Launceston, Cataract Gorge, the Casino and golf club. Golf Golf course located nearby. The Launceston golf club is a bus ride away or a 5 minute drive. Waterfront The property is within 50 meters from the water front with expansion river views. All rooms over look the South Esk river, where there is a bush walk to and along the river. Birds, potoroos, echidnas, wallabies, possums, maybe seen as night.
