This air-conditioned room has TV, radio clock and luggage rack. It suits a couple, a single traveller and a business person as it has also a small computer desk with chair, a desk lamp, number power points for all gadgets and wireless Internet access. Modern guests only share bathroom with a shower, bath and a toilet, as well as a separate toilet is just down the corridor, so you can walk there in the comfortable bathrobe and slippers provided. Access to shared kitchenette for basic Tea&Coffee facilities and a small fridge.

Astoria Retreat B&B doesn't have any special facilities to accommodate children. Children of 7 y.o. or above can stay with their parent and sleep in the separate bed. Child must be under constant parent's supervision and control, so not to be a nauseous to other guests. There is no discount for children, bond of $500 to be provided (alternatively CC details).
No extra guests over the room capacity.

Secure parking, with surveillance cameras, on site for Platinum, Silver and Gold rooms, one standard passenger car per room. Other cars only if parking space available. Plenty of parking space around for other cars, ie. extra cars, semi-tracks, specialsed cars etc.
