ACCOMMODATION: Smiths Beach Resort offers 1,2,3 and 4 Bedroom self-contained accommodation, ranging from the comfortable 2-Bedroom Beach Shacks ideal for families of up to 6 people, to the spacious and modern 1-Bedroom Apartments and 2 and 3-Bedroom Villas, and finally the ultimate luxury holiday accommodation of the 3 and 4-Bedroom Beach Houses.



As an all-villa style resort with self-contained facilities, Smiths Beach Resort does not provide daily cleaning of the rooms. A room cleaning service can be arranged at an additional charge if required.



FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Smiths Beach Resort is pleased to partner with Lamonts Wine & Food, one of Western Australia's premier gourmet food, wine and restaurant families to provide some of the finest quality food and beverage services in the Margaret River region. These include:

- Lamonts Restaurant and Bar, open 11am-late 7 days a week

- Lamonts Gourmet Deli and Bottleshop, open daily until 7:00pm

- Lamonts Cellar Door facilities including wine tasting, daily until late.

All rooms at Smiths Beach Resort are fully self-contained with kitchen facilities and barbecue. While guests can self cater, the resort also offers a Wine & Food Deli open daily from 9am to 5pm with a comprehensive range of alcohol, food including bbq packs and prepared meals, snacks and general amenities. A pre-arrival catering service is also available on request. Bouzy Bar & Lounge provides a pleasant and relaxed environment for a drink or dinner, open daily for breakfast and most evenings for drinks, dinner and snacks. Room service is not available however takeaway pizzas and fish & chips are available from Bouzy when open.

Check in time is from 3:00pm. Should you be anticipating arriving after 5:30pm please contact the resort during reception hours to make alternative arrangements to collect your room keys. Check in is not permitted after 11:00pm.

45 minute flight from Perth Airport or 3 hour drive. Approx 4 km south of Yallingup and sits within the internationally acclaimed Margaret River Wine Region.

Smiths Beach Resort is located immediately adjacent the world class Smiths Beach and is only a few hundred metres from Canal Rocks - an extraordinary formation of granite rocks. The site faces due north and is bounded by Smiths Beach Road to the East and North. The site is approximately 4 km South of Yallingup and sits with in the internationally acclaimed Margaret River Wine Region.
