There is no reception onsite. Check-in is via self check-in code to retrieve key from keysafe at front door. Your code will be email/sms to you. You may contact the housekeeper on 0413 545 402 if you seek assistance with check in.

Car Parking Details
By booking on this website you abide by our terms and conditions. 1. Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed with management. Payment method in AUD dollars via Visa or Mastercard. 2. Security bond is via credit card used for booking. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, replacement/or rectification/or restoring costs and outstanding balance payments. 3. Cancellation within 24hours will incur administration charge of 50% of first night booking. Management reserves the right not to refund for reduced length of stay. 4. Management will make every effort to ensure the room is available as booked, but reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Directions
Off the Frankston Freeway towards Frankston, pass Bunnings on the left and the Private Hospital on the right, then make a left turn at the traffic lights into Heatherhill Road followed by a right into Bondi Avenue after the first roundabout.
Things To Do
5. Number of guest should not exceed the number stated in booking confirmation. Fees will apply for extra guest and only the registered guest is allowed to occupy the room. 6. Parties and Functions are not allowed, as we are a boutique guesthouse providing quiet getaway to couples and small family group. 7. Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay as our insurance cover only the operational part of business functionality. 8. Check in time after 12noon, with housekeeper May 0413 545 402. 9. Check out time by 10am. Late checkout is allowed if no bookings await the room. 10. Disturbance to neighbours including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of stay and reported to police. 11. NO pets allowed in our boutique guesthouse. 12. NO smoking inside/within the guesthouse. There are outdoors designated smoking areas. 13. Any guest, or group of persons, whose behaviour detracts from the quiet and peaceful environment within the house or its grounds, thereby reducing the enjoyment of others, will be asked to leave, and will be responsible for the payment of their full booking.
