Check In Instructions
Check in 2pm Check out 10am IMPORTANT : Office hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays reception closes for all activity at 1.00pm sharp. Reception may re-open again in the evening on any day for specific pre-arranged arrivals (at least 48 hours notice is required.) If not, a late arrival fee may be charged. You will be required to provide ID at check-in as well as a valid credit card (Mastercard or Visa). Cash paying guests will need to pay a security bond of $100 either via cash or debit card. Please note that a debit card is not classified as a credit card and you may be required to pay the $100 bond for guests where the company is paying only some of the charges (by prearrangement). You will be required to present a personal credit card or pay a $100 cash bond to guarantee incedental charges.
Children and Extra Guests Details
Adults & Children $35.00 per person, per night. Infants (2yrs or less) $5/night and $5/night for cot if required.

Travel Directions
When travelling north on the Gold Coast Highway, when moving through Mermaid Beach, Ventura Road is to the right, pointing to the beach. If travelling south on the Gold Coast Highway, Ventura Road is just south of Broadbeach, approached from the left. Park View is about 20 minutes away from the Airport. Regular shuttle buses operate to this property.
Things To Do
Mermaid Beach lies at the very centre of the Gold Coast. All the well known localities - including Sufers Paradise, Burleigh Heads, Currumbin and Coolangatta - are all easily accessible. The famous theme parks - Seaworld, Movieworld, Wet n' Wild, Dreamworld and White Water World are all easy to get to. Famous Dracula's Cabaret Restaurant is even easier - it is within walking distance. And just up the road a little is Broadbeach's restaurant and cafe precinct - truly, the dining and people watching epicentre of the Gold Coast. If shopping is your thing, vast Pacific Fair is 5 minutes away by foot. Alternatively, the huge discount shopping outlet, Harbourtown, is not far away. Of course, the Gold Coast is best known for its beaches and one of the best, Mermaid Beach, surf patrolled every day of the year, is a hop, step and jump away, at the end of our street!
