1.1. ROAMFREE.COM website is owned and operated by Roamfree Asia Pacific (ACN 139 374 422) "Roamfree"

1.2. Your use of the service, information text, graphics and materials provided via or on the website is governed by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. By using the website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3. Roamfree provides an online accommodation booking facility. The accommodation and its availability is supplied by third parties. Roamfree acts as an intermediary between Accommodation Providers and users in order to provide users with the possibility to search, compare and book accommodation online. All accommodation is sourced from the Accommodation Provider directly or their authorised representative.  Roamfree collects its booking processing fees at the time the Booking is Made, and forwards secure details to the Property so the Balance of payment can be collected by the Property.  Roamfree endeavours to get all accommodation to provide their best rate but does not guarantee that the rate displayed is the best rate in the market. Roamfree does not accept any liability for unavailability of accommodation caused by the accommodation providers.

1.4. Our service is based on information provided by Accommodation Providers such as hotels. We do our utmost to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error free. Nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.

1.5. You must be at least 18 years of age to transact on this site.


The website may contain links to third party websites. Roamfree does not sponsor or endorse the operations or content of any linked websites. Subject to any applicable Law which cannot be excluded, Roamfree makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, accuracy, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any linked websites, material or products or services.

Links in Roamfree need to be created from the corresponding domain name.  This is to assist in both the billing and reporting processes.


Your privacy is important to Roamfree. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your personal information.


4.1. Accommodation providers require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be securely sent directly to the accommodation provider or held with their nominated representative. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the accommodation provider you have chosen. Roamfree Licence Travel Agent lic no. TAG 3157901 will collect its booking handling fees as per the payment policy outlined on the booking page and confirmation email.

4.2. In order to eliminate identity fraud, the accommodation provider will ask for photo identification to ensure your identity matches the booking.

4.3. You must be the credit card holder for any accommodation booking which you attempt to acquire via the website.

4.4 It is the accommodation providers responsibility to ensure that the guest completes a Guest Registration Card on check-in. This Guest Registration Card must confirm the guest's authorisation of the charge on his credit card for his accommodation.

4.5 Credit Card Chargebacks - should a guest dispute a charge on his credit card, it is the accommodation providers' responsibility to provide Roamfree with the Guest Registration Card authorising the charge on his card.  Should the accommodation provider not provide a registration card, they will be solely responsible for the chargeback from the credit card company plus the $55.00 administration fee.


5.1. Our service incurs a Non Refundable $4.80 booking fee plus a Non Refundable Fee of 12% of the accommodation total.  These Fees are not refundable and no portion of these fees can be transferred to the Hotel.

5.2 The above booking fees are collected from the Guest at the time the booking is processed.  These fees and the Non Refundability of these fees are clearly stated in the Booking Screen and also on the Confirmation Screen and Confirmation Emails that are sent to the Property and Guest.


Cancellations of Bookings is to be processed by the Property.  Roamfree does not need to be involved in the cancellation of a booking.  The Property may charge additional charges for the cancellation of a booking in accordance with their Booking Conditions.  As stated in 5.1, the Fees charged at the time the booking was processed are Not Refundable in any way.


Modification to Bookings is to be processed by the Property.  Roamfree does not need to be involved in any modification to a booking.  The Property may charge additional charges for the modification of a booking in accordance with their Booking Conditions.  As stated in 5.1, the Fees charged at the time the booking was processed are Not Refundable in any way.


8.1. Accommodation providers can alter information about their accommodation, prices and availability at any time. We therefore cannot guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information.

8.2. Roamfree does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with the website or for any services provided by the website.


9.1. As electronic services are subject to interruption and breakdown, access to the website is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis only.

9.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you have alternative contingency plans in place when the website is unavailable.

9.3. Roamfree may impose limits or restrictions on the use you may make of the website. Roamfree may withdraw the website at any time and without notice to you.

9.4. You must not:

9.4.1 use any robot, spider, other automatic device or manual process to monitor, copy or extract any web pages on the website, or any of the content contained within, without prior written permission from Roamfree ;

9.4.2 use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website or any transaction or process being conducted on or through it;

9.4.3 take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the website; or

9.4.4 reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or other arithmetical formula in respect of the software underlying the infrastructure and processes associated with the website.
