The Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge is a newly built motel on the Esplanade, situated in a quiet location within 50 metres to the beach. All parking is covered and within walking distance to the CBD area. The Best Western Ambassador Motor Lodge offers its guests 9 ground floor units with 12 upstairs units, airconditioning, queen-size beds and remote controlled television. Other amenities include a fully licensed restaurant with room service available, spa, pool and BBQ area. Hervey Bay is the gateway to World Heritage Listed Fraser Island. The humpback whales use Hervey Bays calm waters to rest and recuperate between August and October and tours begin at the property. Other attractions are coral viewing, Lady Elliott Island, dive fishing and a multitude of other sports. Hervey Bay is only 3.5 hours drive north from Brisbane and is a wonderful relaxing location where nature abounds.
