Travel Directions
Approaching from Cooma, you pass the Snowy Valley Motel and East Jindabyne Service Station overlooking Lake Jindabyne, 3 km later, after a gradual climb, turn right into Rainbow Drive leading into the Tyroalean Village area (large sign near the turn-off). Turn left at the first intersection into Alpensee Weg and arrive at Chesa St.Moritz at the cul-de-sac.
Things To Do
It is only a five minute drive to Jindabyne township catering for all your holiday requirements. The Ski Resorts, Thredbo and Perisher Blue are within a 30 minute drive. In SummerJindabyne has so much to offer: the lake is fantastic for boating, fishing, swimming; beautiful walks around town and in the mountains - a must is to walk or bike to the top of Australia - Mount Kosciuszko. It's a great area for Mountain Biking enthusiasts from easy to very difficult trails and Thredbo features the Cannonball Downhill run, where you take your bike on the chairlift to reach Eagles Nest where you have spectacular views before heading down a 4.5 km thrilling downhill run.
