Picture yourself, with friends, relaxing in a large luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom house just 400mtrs from beautiful One Mile Beach and a Greek restaurant via a stroll through koala habitat. Undercover parking is provided for 2 cars. The house has a huge outdoor heated spa on the deck together with a covered BBQ and outdoor dining. There is a large umbrella to shelter you from the sun and light rain if needed. Access to the inside is though French Doors into the L shaped, air conditioned kitchen/dining/lounge areas. High quality furnishings are throughout the house with lots of use of timber. Tasmanian oak 8-10 person dinng table, leather uphostered high back chairs padded chairs feature in the dining room, whilst in the lounge there are two, 4 person lounges which face the entertainment area which has a 101cm flatscreen TV, DVD player, sound system and iPod dock. Once again, the furntiure is Tasmanian oak which is in harmony with the dining room. Moving through the glass and timber concertina doors takes us to the entry foyer which shares its space with tasmanian oak furnture and an area for computer use which has internet connection. The master bedroom has an ensuit with shower and bath, lots of storage space, and access out through the French Doors presents us with a small private deck for the use of this room. Two of the remaining three bedrooms have access onto a verandah via French Doors, either a queen or a double bed and plenty of storage space for your luggage. Again there is use of Tassie oak furnitings. The last bedroom consists of two single beds for used when there may be frinds staying that are not comfortable sleeping together. Storage for clothes is not a problem. All bedrooms have air conditioning which is individually adjustable. Timber floors are the norm throughout with two of the bedrooms being carpeted. The kitchen you will find a well equipped with all facilities to make your stay as easy as possible. Full size gas range with oven, dishwasher 420 litre fridge and all the little bits and pieces to allow you to easily do as much, or as little self catering as you wish. Don't forget there is a very good Greek restaurant at One Mile Beach to which we offer you a substantail discount. If you are staying for a longer period then you have your own laundry with washer and dryer complete with provided detergent. Wanderers Retreat also has a beautiful in ground salt water pool just a short distance from this house.

Check-in: 2:00pm, but please phone us if you are in the area before in case your cottage is ready early. Please use intercom at office to contact us if reception is not manned
Children and Extra Guests Details
$25 Charge per Extra Adult. $15 Charge per Extra Child. Except for the Beach Spa House which is all inclusive for up to 8 people.

Travel Directions
Follow the signs to Nelson Bay until you reach the Anna Bay area. At the Anna Bay Round-a-bout, just after the David Graham golf driving range, turn right into Gan Gan Road, travelling through Anna Bay to One Mile Beach.At the Boat Harbour roundabout, turn left into Koala Place. You will find us near the end of the street, on the left. Turn in at our sign and park at designated area, the office is at the entrance.
